International Trauma Conference-2008

ITLSWV Medical Director Lisa Hrutkay and Chapter Coordinator Darby Copeland attended The International Trauma Conference–2008 in Guanajuato, Mexico. This premier pre-hospital trauma conference presented workshops and educational sessions which provided up-to the minute information on emergency and trauma care with an international perspective.

ITLS WV had strong a strong presence at the annual ITLS meeting with four delegates present to vote on three Board of Director’s positions. Congratulations to re-elected board members Sabina Braithwaite, MD (Virginia) and Pete Gianis, MD (Florida) and new board members John Mohler, RN (Nevada), and Wilhelmina Nel, MD (South Africa).
